We make a priority to provide support for clients in rural and remote areas.
We understand that it is difficult to get computer support when living so far from town so we make the extra effort to help out.
We do travel to properties and remote locations and have also developed a remote support tool that allows us to "log in" to a remote Pc and provide virtual support if traveling is not an option.
As more and more rural users begin to investigate networking for offices and school rooms, we are able to dip into our experience in this area to provide advice on the right hardware, and configurations to get the job done.
We also provide same day turn around PC service for rural clients when booked ahead.
